Pieced: Easy Knit Sweater

Skill Level: Easy.
Yarn Suggestion: This sweater is attractive with a lighter weight yarn. For our color design you will need two complimentary colors. About 12 to 15 ounces main color, and 2-3 ounces contrasting color.

This pullover is a combination of three rectangles. It is knit in stockinette and garter st. So it is made in pieces, and then sewn together (Unusual for a SpinCraft Pattern). But sometimes simple things can be the most interesting. This sweater is made with an easy stockinette stitch, featuring stripes on the flared three-quarter sleeve. A sporty looking summer sweater.

Knitting and spinning are having a wonderful comeback in popularity and this is the perfect beginning project. Take it up yourself, or teach your students. It is easy to fit, easy to finish and will inspire confidence.
